The Scope of Work Includes
Background Considerations
The structural system covers the framework, code baseline sets standards, loading conditions detail stress, and violations note deviations. Previous repairs/ reports give maintenance history.
Physical Inspection
Foundation, masonry bearing walls, floor and roof systems, steel and concrete framing systems, windows and doors, wood framing, and building facade cover key structural and architectural elements.
Two Phase Assurance
Phase One involves a visual inspection to assess major structural elements and identify visible issues. If concerns are found, Phase Two requires invasive methods to uncover hidden problems and provide detailed repair recommendations.

*Buildings that received a certificate of occupancy on or before July 1, 1992 must complete their initial milestone inspection by December 31, 2025
