MECHANICAL AND STRUCTURAL AREAS

In the event the Inspection Report fails to mention any eligible electrical, plumbing, or structural component; or kitchen appliance; or air-conditioning equipment condition existing on the date of the inspection which unmentioned condition causes a malfunction during the during the coverage period, it will be repaired with similar kind and quality parts or components up to the Guarantee Limit of Liability.

ELIGIBLE HOME COMPONENTS AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDE PORTIONS OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

• THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
• THE PLUMBING SYSTEM
• THE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
• THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

ROOF WATERTIGHTNESS

In the event the roof in place at the time of the inspection had leaks missed by the inspector which subsequently leak during the coverage period, it will be repaired with similar kind and quality parts or components up the Guarantee Limit of Liability.

SUBTERRANEAN AND DRYWOOD TERMITE INFESTATION

In the event of a live infestation of either Subterranean or Drywood termites only is found to exist in the home during the coverage period, the live infestation will be spot treated up to the Guarantee Limit of Liability.
